I am a professor at the Faculty of Food Industry Engineering of the Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú, with approximately 18 years of teaching experience. I have a master's degree in Food Technology and Quality Management, as well as doctoral studies in Sustainable Development and Environment. I am a researcher recognized by the National Council of Science and Technology of Perú. My research work focuses on the extraction of biocomponents for their application in agribusiness, the identification of functional properties of bioactive compounds from plants, and the use of food waste in the framework of the circular economy. I have published several scientific articles in indexed journals such as Scopus and ScienceDirect.
